In Minnesota, CPNI always has been directed by volunteers. Many of these board members started their association with CPNI as host parents, and others were interested in the “Irish connection.” They quickly found out that volunteering with CPNI was a huge task. Board meetings, host family interviews, meetings to match the Irish children with American families, fundraising and publicity – serving on the Minnesota board is a demanding job. We thank past and present board members and appreciate their generous contributions of time and talent to this program.
